But what and how is the design ?
Semi-detached house consists of pairs of houses built side by side as units sharing a party wall and usually in such a way that each house’s layout is a mirror image of its twin.For me its perfect for a big family and for small family of course.

The semi d unit in Malaysia now @ KL area is about RM 350k and above.For Loan as what i know is Al-Rajhi give about 5.3% per year and maximum 10%.
What do you think of house price at KL ? Is it affordable to buy ? I hope you can give views on house price at KL.
