I just found this video from Youtube and its so amazing. This time Olympic Beijing have use a modern technology in lighting and sound. I also heard that they use a miming sound for their song. Semi-detached house consists of pairs of houses built side by side as units sharing a party wall and usually in such a way that each house’s layout is a mirror image of its twin.For me its perfect for a big family and for small family of course.

The semi d unit in Malaysia now @ KL area is about RM 350k and above.For Loan as what i know is Al-Rajhi give about 5.3% per year and maximum 10%.
