Pos Malaysia is well known post service in Malaysia.They have a very good service and staff.But sometimes there is problem which is most of the company have either with their service or staff.

What i want to write here is a true story of experience and it really bad.

The place is at Gombak , normally the postman send the letter accurately to the house at my area and we all know him very much.But lately the postman didn’t send the letter anymore at our place.Sometimes the postman still send the letter , but the postman is another person and he didnt send the letter accurately.Im so frustrated because monthly mail such as utility bill,credit card bill,bank statement and any mail didnt send to my house.I didnt realize this problem untill the second month , my friend call me and ask me if i have move to new house because the mail he send back to him with the problem tick there ” House Number is not exist “.

I start to make an action .I call 103 to ask for the POS Malaysia bahagian Gombak phone number. Then i make a call. A women pick up the call and answer my question and she said please refer to ” Bahagian Serahan”.Then i call bahagian serahan and tell all the problems.He said that MPS have changed our address format and the postman cant do the delivery accurately.Wow this problem i think maybe one Gombak will have.Then i told him that please use the postman that really know Gombak to deliver the mail because Gombak is not have a good plan place.

Then i end the conversation with hope that mail will deliver as usual. But my hope is just a hope , mail still not deliver to my house and we all here still got the same problem about 3 month untill now ……

I REALLY FRUSTRATED !!

p/s : i am no intend to write this but i am so frustrated.
